In order to establish whether or not your claim has a chance of being compensated for certain pieces of information are required:
- Proof you have purchased a service or product, eg. an invoice, till receipt or contract.
- The nature of the claim, what happened, any contact you have had with the other party, any witnesses or evidence to back up your claim.
- The length of time elapsed from the incidents occurrence.
- The location of the incident and in fact any relevant information which can be provided, the more information the better!
